Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of dismo79.com and any purchase you make from DISMO79 (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the site or placing a reservation, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Who can use the shop

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to buy from us. By placing an order you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you are allowed to use the payment method involved.

2. Your account

You sign in with a one-time email link or with Google — there is no password to remember. You're responsible for keeping access to your email secure and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has accessed it.

3. Products, prices & photos

Every model we list is a genuine piece in hand. Prices are shown in AED and PKR, and you choose which to pay in at checkout. Where a real photo of a piece isn't up yet you may see a branded placeholder; the model is still genuine and as described. Colours and details can vary slightly from any image.

We try hard to keep prices and descriptions accurate, but errors can happen. If we discover an error in the price or description of something you've reserved, we may cancel the reservation and let you know — you won't be charged for a cancelled reservation.

4. Reservations & orders

When you reserve a model, that specific unit is held for you and removed from availability so you don't lose it while you pay. A reservation is an offer to buy; a sale is only confirmed once we receive and verify your payment. We may decline or cancel a reservation — for example if the item is unavailable, payment isn't received in a reasonable time, or we suspect fraud — in which case the unit is released back for sale.

5. Payment

Payment is made by bank transfer or as otherwise arranged with us (for example over WhatsApp). After paying, upload proof of payment from your order page so we can verify it. Ownership of a model passes to you once your payment is verified and the order is dispatched.

6. Shipping & delivery

We ship across the UAE and Pakistan. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can depend on the courier. Once your order ships you'll see the courier and tracking number in your account. For cross-border shipments, any customs duties, taxes, or import charges are your responsibility unless we state otherwise. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

7. Cancellations, returns & refunds

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@dismo79.com with photos, and we'll put it right with a replacement or refund where appropriate. Because these are collector items, we may be unable to accept returns simply due to a change of mind once an item has shipped. Any statutory rights you have as a consumer are not affected by this.

8. Acceptable use

Don't use the site unlawfully, don't try to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to it, and don't place orders fraudulently or on behalf of someone without their permission. We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the service.

9. Intellectual property

The DISMO79 name, logo, site design, text, and our own photographs belong to us and may not be copied or used without permission. Product names and brands referenced on the site belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe the models we sell.

10. Disclaimers & liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of the UAE, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published here with the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
